I got the wrong item at first, but the company fixed it up right away, and the bags I actually wanted showed up the very next day. The quality is lovely, and their customer service is top-notch.

Sadly, even though they call themselves a 'packaging' company, the bags arrived in pretty poor condition. They must've come apart during shipping because it was a real mess when it got here, and DPD (I assume) had to tape it all back together. I'm still not convinced I received the complete set of 1,000 10"x10" kraft bags, but honestly, counting them feels like a waste of time! This isn't something I've encountered before, so it's a bit of a letdown, Carrier Bag Shop. Also, how about using Royal Mail next time? They actually know our address and are willing to drive down our lane. The DPD driver made six attempts to deliver, and at one point, he just took off after chatting with my neighbor about where we were! Not impressed with that service.

The tiny red bags I got are of superb quality and showed up super fast. I definitely suggest this company.

I’m in the middle of sprucing up my place. Just yesterday, I thought to myself, ‘How on earth am I gonna clear out the little bedroom? Shopping bags! Wow! £5 each from the local store…’ (I was aiming for something nicer).

These jute bags turned out to be just what I envisioned. I opted for the bigger sizes, perfect for hauling around stacks of books. The largest ones do come with pretty long handles, as mentioned. I also grabbed some smaller ones to hit that ‘free delivery’ threshold. The tiniest one is super cute!

I’m really hoping that after I use them for this project, they’ll come in handy for other stuff too. Maybe even for shopping!

P.S. For those who aren’t experts, a little diagram showing the dimensions (L, W, H or W, H, D…?) would be a nice touch (I always get confused until I pull out my tape measure).
